Within 3 days, your report will be verified and forwarded to relevant authorities

3. Follow-up

Within 5 days, authorities will review and respond to your report

4. Your Response

You can respond to the reply within 10 days for further clarification

5. Resolution

Your report continues to be addressed until resolved
